Don’t throw away a can of Nutella: How to make dessert with the humblest leftover chocolate batter

Want to taste every last spoonful of your favorite chocolate paste? Use this social media hack!

Perhaps everyone knows that offensive moment: when your favorite chocolate dough ends, and precious crumbs of a delicious dessert remain on the walls of the jar, which cannot be picked up with a spoon. It turns out that throwing the pot at this point is considered connivance. At least for real foodies 🙂

On social networks, a life hack has gone viral with the transformation of leftover Nutella into… a full serving of ice cream! This recipe is repeated in an elementary way: for this you need only 100 ml of cream of any fat content.

  • Pour the cream into a pot of chocolate paste, stir it and shake vigorously for one minute. The cream will soften the rest of the pasta and prepare it for the next step.
  • Use a spoon or spatula to scrape the leftover softened Nutella from the sides and mix well again with the cream.
  • Close the jar and put it in the freezer for a few hours

A delicious chocolate ice cream is ready! The only negative is that it is quite small. But by the same principle, you can make a dessert when you buy a new box of chocolate paste. And you will definitely want to repeat this, we promise 🙂
