Teriyaki chicken ingredients
- 500 g of chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon (s) of minced ginger
- 1 chopped pepper
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
- chopped chives
- Sesame
ingredients for the sauce
- 1/2 glass of water
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Method of preparation
Season the chicken with the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, pepper, vinegar and sugar, leave it in the dressing for 20-30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.
In a large skillet with a little oil, fry the chicken until golden brown, pour the sauce over the chicken and stir until it boils.
Serve with white rice and sprinkle the chicken with sesame and chives.
