- 4 cloves of unpeeled garlic
- 1 cup of cold milk (cold)
- 1 and 1/2 cup of oil (approx.)

Method of preparation
For the pate, put the garlic and milk in the blender and turn on medium power until crushed. With the blender still on, add the oil slowly, stirring constantly, until you get a creamy consistency.
