Ingredients:

  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups of water

  • 500 g of grated mozzarella

Preparation:

  1. Heat a pan with the oil over medium heat and fry until golden brown. Add the onion, garlic and fry until it is wrapped

  3. Add water, corn, salt, pepper, green smell and cook over low heat, stirring from time to time, for 15 minutes
