Basic Manioca ingredients for crunchy gnocchi:
– 900 g of cassava / cassava / cassaoca, Pelad
– 4 1/2 tablespoons (s) (soup) of unbeaten butter
– 12 tablespoons of Parmesan, grated
Creamy ingredients of chicken or turkey filling:
– 3 cups (s) of roasted turkey, shredded (or turkey left or chicken)
– Oil to taste
– 3/4 units (i) onion, bite
– 3 teeth of garlic, chopped
-1 1/2 unit (s) of pepper fingers, semi -free, chopped
– 1 1/2 cup (s) (tea) of fresh cream
– Salsinha to taste, chopped
– green onions to taste, chopped
– Go up to taste
– Pepe to taste
Immerse the immersion ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
– 3/4 cups (s) (tea) of fresh cream
– 6 tablespoons of mustard
– 3 tablespoons of honey
– Salt to Taste (optional)
– Pepe to taste
Bread ingredients and fry the crunchy gnocchi:
– filter the flour to taste
– oil to taste, fry
Pre-repair:
- Start by cooking the cassava as it must cool (see preparation).
- Wash, peel and cut the garlic and onion for the filling.

PREPARATION:
Cassava – Cooking (do this step before starting the preparation):
- Put a pan with boiling water over high heat.
- Wash the already peeled cassava and cut into pieces of about 5 cm.
- When the water boils, add cassoca and salt – the cassava must be completely immersed in the water.
- Lower the heat and cook the cassava, with the semi-packed pan, for about 20 minutes or until it is soft and starting to open.
- Drain, remove the thread often from the center and knead with a fork to the plot of a puree. Leave to cool.
- Continue pre-preparation (article 2).
Creamy stuffed with chicken or turkey:
- In a deep pan (it could be the same that the gnocchi will fry), on medium heat, add the olive oil and jump the onion, the pepper of the girl’s finger and the garlic in appearance.
- Add the chicken or grated turkey and mix well.
- Then add the fresh cream and cook, mixing, to reduce the liquid, but make it creamy.
- Check salt and pepper.
- Turn off the heat and mix the parsley and the chives.
- Transfer the filling to an auxiliary plate and wash the pan.
Dip de Mustarda:
- In a bowl, put mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and honey.
- Mix very well and season with salt (optional) and pepper.
- Refrigerate to serve.
Pasta 3 gnocchi of cassava 3 ingredients:
- When the cash is cold, add butter and parmesan and mix well.

- Divide the dough and roll about 4 cm in diameter. Cut the rolls into equal pieces (4 per person).
- With your hands wet or fat with a little oil, take a piece of pasta, make a ball and flatten in the palm.

- Close the dough around the filling, covering it completely.
- Repeat the process until all gnocchi are ready.

Crunchy cassava gnocchi with chicken – Fry:
- In the same deep pan, put the oil – enough to cover the gnocchi – this frying is made of immersion.
- Bring the oil over high/medium heat and heat it.
- Put the gnocchi in the oil – it cannot be too hot in order not to burn the gnocchi – nor at a very low temperature because they become oily – and turn them with a scum until the entire surface is golden.
- Remove from the pan and let it download on a paper napkin or a sieve.
Finishing and assembly:
