The Clandestine Supper profile evaluated the best and worst burgers in the basic model with bread, meat and cheese of the main franchises in Brazil and the result already surprised by the penultimate place: the giant McDonald has shocked the eighth position.
“It is far lighter that we have shown … the bread was dry, the meat is not like nothing and, in the end, the taste is the ketchup vinaigrette because you only feel the onion and the seasoning,” said Gustavo Prais Mattos, creator of the profile.
The outback was in seventh place and despite having “the best bread” of all the experiences, he had “amazed” meat. “Even in the video it is less gray than in real life. The lack of salt, there is very little cheese, very little mayonnaise, it is super dry and difficult to eat, which makes the experience terrible. I have never seen a hamburger with so much meat, which has not even tasting meat,” he said.
The first place went to the route hamburger, defined as “perfection”. “The meat is thin and crunchy, but ultra tasty, the bread is cute, the condiments are all fantastic and well served. The cheese is wonderful. Nothing that is here could be taken and I don’t see what you would add more without destroying.”
