The recipe is ready in just 30 minutes, but do not forget to leave it in the refrigerator until you reach the ideal consistency. Fruit mousse for passion with liqueur

Time: 30 minutes (+4h refrigerator)

Performance: 6 portions

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 2 CONDENSED MILK CLANTS
  • 2 cans of sour cream
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of passion fruit juice
  • 1/3 of cup of liqueur passion
  • 1 envelope of flavorless jelly

Syrup:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 passion fruit pulp
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch

Preparation:

  1. For the mousse, in a blender, beat the condensed milk, the sour cream, the juice, the liqueur and the gelatin prepared according to the packaging instructions.
  2. Transfer to an average refractory and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  3. At the syrup, mix the ingredients in a pan and bring over low heat, mixing after boiling for 5 minutes.
  4. Leave to cool, spread on the mousse and serve then.
