Sardine cake on the beam

Time: 40 minutes

Performance: 6 portions

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of peeled bread
  • Olive oil to gain weight
  • 300 g of grated mozzarella

Filling:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 wedges of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 chopped yellow pepper
  • 1/2 chopped chilli pepper
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 can of shielded peas
  • 1/2 Drennato green corn can
  • 1 cup (tea) of chopped green olives
  • 2 Sardine cans drained in pieces
  • Salt and chopped smell to taste
Cream:
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 natural yogurt pot (170 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Gets up to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan

Preparation:

  1. Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat and fry the onion, garlic and peppers for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the carrots, the tomatoes, the pea, the corn, the olive and the jump for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the sardines, salt, green smell and brown for 2 minutes. Reserve.
  4. In a bowl, mix the ingredients of the cream and set aside.
  5. Create a layer of bread in a medium greased oven, distribute half of the cream at the top, create a layer with the filling and half of the mozzarella.
  6. Cover with another layer of bread and season with the remaining cream.
  7. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and cook remaining, preheated, for 20 minutes or until gratin. Remove and serve then.
