As much as the wand is the most typical snack in Brazil, almost everyone loves a good Kebling, right? And you just don’t have to stay at the holidays, right? You can create a version of the kebab on the cross which is super tasty and can be one of your meals this weekend – and it is still padded!

Kibe on the declared plate
Time: 1h (+4h soaked)
Performance: 6 portions
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of kebab wheat
- 2 wedges of chopped garlic
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1 chopped seeds without chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup (tea) of chopped green olives
- 1/2 chopped mint cup
- Syrian salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil in water and fat
- Filling:
- 1 cup of cheese cream
- 2 cups of catpiry®
Preparation:
- Put the wheat in a bowl, cover with hot water and dip for 4 hours. Drain and squeeze all the liquid
- Transfer to a bowl, add meat, onion, garlic, carrot, tomatoes, olive, mint, salt, pepper and mix well
- Distribute half of the dough in a medium annoying refractory, squeezing well and on top spreads the mixed filling ingredients
- Cover with the remaining dough and make surface risks with a knife
- Sprinkle with olive oil and cook, preheated, for 30 minutes or up to cooking and brown. Remove and serve
