Quibe on the Crossbar filling: delight this weekend

As much as the wand is the most typical snack in Brazil, almost everyone loves a good Kebling, right? And you just don’t have to stay at the holidays, right? You can create a version of the kebab on the cross which is super tasty and can be one of your meals this weekend – and it is still padded!

Kibe on the declared plate

Time: 1h (+4h soaked)

Performance: 6 portions

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of kebab wheat
  • 2 wedges of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 grated carrot
  • 1 chopped seeds without chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of chopped green olives
  • 1/2 chopped mint cup
  • Syrian salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil in water and fat
  • Filling:
  • 1 cup of cheese cream
  • 2 cups of catpiry®

Preparation:

  1. Put the wheat in a bowl, cover with hot water and dip for 4 hours. Drain and squeeze all the liquid
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add meat, onion, garlic, carrot, tomatoes, olive, mint, salt, pepper and mix well
  3. Distribute half of the dough in a medium annoying refractory, squeezing well and on top spreads the mixed filling ingredients
  4. Cover with the remaining dough and make surface risks with a knife
  5. Sprinkle with olive oil and cook, preheated, for 30 minutes or up to cooking and brown. Remove and serve
