Giant cheese bread

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
- 1 cup (s) of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of sweet potato powder
- 1 cup (tea) of sour flour

- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Method of preparation:
Blend the milk, eggs, oil, cheese, sweet and sour sugars and salt in a blender until smooth. Add the yeast and mix in a spoon. Pour into a greased form with a hole in the center of 20 cm in diameter. - 3 eggs
- 1 cup (tea) of oil
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar

- 3 cups of breadcrumbs (bread)

- 1 cup (generous) of powdered chocolate
- Margarine and breadcrumbs for greasing
- Powdered sugar to taste for sprinkling (optional)
Method of preparation:
Blend the bananas, eggs, oil and sugar in a blender. Transfer to a bowl and add the other ingredients, stirring with a spoon. Grease and flour a hole in the center of 22 cm in diameter, put the dough and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool and unmold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. To taste, garnish with banana slices dipped in lemon juice.
Simple stuffed omelette

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- Salt, pepper and oregano to taste
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup ham (chopped)
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella
- 1 cup of cream cheese (200 g)
Filling:
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 bunch of boiled and chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped sun-dried tomato
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
For the filling, heat a pan with oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic, spinach and dried tomatoes with salt for 3 minutes. Turn off and book. In another bowl, beat the eggs with a fork, season with salt, pepper, oregano and beat until frothy. Then add the ham, mozzarella and mix.
Heat a non-stick pan with half the oil over medium heat and fry half of the egg mixture for 2 minutes on one side, turn, add half of the filling, fold the omelette in half and continue to fry until golden brown. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the eggs and the filling. In a pan heat the curd, sprinkle the omelette and, finally, serve. If you want to complete the dish mainly with lettuce and tomato salad.
hot cappuccino

Ingredients:
- 1 can of milk powder
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar
- 100 g of instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Store in airtight containers. Serve 2 tablespoons of cappuccino for each cup of hot water. If you prefer a creamier drink, use warm milk.
