Preparation:
- Heat a large pan with olive oil, over medium heat, and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes or until
- Add the tomato and cook for 3 minutes. Add the prawns, salt, pepper and cook for 3 minutes
- Pour into a medium rectangular refractory. Distribute the curd above, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, Parmesan and cooking, preheating, for 10 minutes to gratify
