Passion -free fruit mousse ingredients without milk:
– 4 units (i) Passable passive, book the seeds for finishing

Pre-repair:

PREPARATION:
Fruit mousse for passion without milk:
- After dripping the water from the dice sauce, wash them well and drain them.

- Beat a little in a blender, the pulp without the seeds, just to emulsify – to make creamy – with water and sugar.
- Remove from the blender and mix the seeds of the passion fruit reserved in the quantity you want (optional).
- Take to freeze until the moment of the service.
Finishing and assembly:
- At the time of the portion, remove the cups from Passionless fruit mousse without milk from the freezer.
- Put the fruit syrup at the top.
