Mass ingredients (Sardin Noodles):

– 180 g of penne (or other of your preferences)

Ingredients of the Sardinian sauce

– 1 can (s) oil, canned

– 6 tablespoons of naked tomatoes, with juice

– 150 ml of boiling water: you can use the pasta cooking water.

– 4 units () black olives without loops, cut into slices. (or opposing green olive)

– 3 tablespoons of onion, chopped.

– 2 teeth of garlic, chopped.

-1/2 units (s) of pepper fingers, seedless, chopped.

– 30 ml of olive oil to jump.

– Salsinha to taste, chopped

– Limone to taste (troops)

– Go up to taste

Ingredients to finish:

– extra virgin olive oil to taste

Ingredients to accompany (optional)

– pepper sauce to taste (optional)

Pre-repair:

  1. Separate the ingredients and tools from the recipe.
  2. Put a pan with boiling water to cook the pasta and prepare the sauce.
  3. Open the can of sardine, drain the liquid, position them on a table, open in half and with a fork or a tweezer discard the central spine of the fish.
  4. Peel and cut the onion and garlic.
  5. Wash the girl’s finger pepper, discard the seeds and choose.
  6. Download olives, if they have lumps. Cut them into thin slices.
  7. Wash and cut the parsley.
  8. Wash the lemon, scrape and set aside on a paper napkin.

PREPARATION:

Pasta (pasta with sardine):

  1. When the water boils it adds the salt.
  2. Add the penne or other pasta to your choice and cook based on the indications on the packaging.

Sardine Salsa (can) – Noodles with sardines:

  1. While the pasta cooks, prepare the sauce
  2. In a deep pan, over medium heat, sauté the onion, garlic and girl’s finger pepper in olive oil until the onion becomes transparent.
  3. Add naked tomatoes with juice and boiling water (see quantity in the ingredients): you can use the pasta cooking water.
  4. Connect with salt and reduced for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the sardines and mix gently to incorporate: do not let the sardines break too much, it should be well pedaling.
  6. Go up for another 2 minutes to incorporate the flavors.
  7. Finally, add the olive slices and chopped parsley and mix.
  8. Turn off the heat.

Noodles with sardine – phase phase:

  1. Drain the dough, but put aside a little cooking water, if necessary, to dilute the sauce a little more.
  2. Turn on the heat from the sauce and place the dough inside the pan.
  3. Mix carefully until the whole pasta is wrapped in the sauce.
  4. Add the lemon zest and mix again.
  5. Turn off the heat.

Finishing and assembly:

  1. Transfer the pasta with sardines to a plate or, if you prefer, distribute in the rear dishes.
  2. Ends with an extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Serve the red pepper sauce (optional) separately.
