Meat porridge with vegetables

ingredients

60 g of minced meat

1/2 cup (tea) of curly lettuce

100 g of carrots

130 g of fresh corn

1/2 cup (tea) of chickpeas

1 cup of extra virgin olive oil (coffee)

1 teaspoon of garlic

1 tablespoon of onion

1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary

1 bay leaf

300 ml of water

Method of preparation

1. Cook the chickpeas with just 1 bay leaf and water, until al dente, and set aside.

2. Sanitize the vegetables.

3. Cut the curly lettuce into thin strips and the carrot into cubes. Chop the onion and garlic.

4. Put the chopped garlic and onion in a pan and sauté them with a drizzle of olive oil.

5. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until soft.

6. Switch off and place on a plate. If you prefer, mash some with a fork. Drizzle with the rest of the oil and serve.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Total yield: 450 g
