Creamy ingredients in oat ganache:
– 480 ml of filtered water
-4 spoons (i) of gluten -free oat bran (or gluten -free thin gluten -free)
– 100 g of 70% cocoa chocolate in bar (vegan / gluten without)
Ingredients in oat ganache (optional):
– 2 tablespoons (s) (coffee) of vegan butter (optional)
– 1 tablespoon (s) (tea) of vanilla essence
– 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional) (or culinary sweetener)
Pre-repair:
- Separate the tools and ingredients from the recipe.
- Cut the dark dark chocolate gluten or use the calluses.
PREPARATION:
Cremous oat base for Ganache without milk:
- In a pan, add water (see quantity in the ingredients) and oats. Cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly until it forms a thin porridge.
- Transfer to the blender, the processor or the mixer and beat until smooth.
- Filter the mixture using a thin sieve to ensure the silky consistency.
Preparation of creamy oat ganache:
- Return the mixed mixture into the pan and reduce over low heat, mixing until it decreases in half and reaches the creamy consistency.
- Turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolate. Mix until you completely dissolved.
- Optional: Add vegan butter, vanilla and culinary sugar or sweetener (if desired). Mix well until you get a uniform and bright ganache.
- Cover with contact plastic movies and let it cool at room temperature.
Finishing and assembly:
- Use hot ganache as a fluid cover immediately after cooling.
- For firm consistency, refrigerate for 1 hour before use.
