Tapioca Dadinho with honey: a sophisticated snack without difficulty

Snack I am a delight for those nights with family or friends, right? And making a sophisticated and delicious tapioca is much easier than it seems, do you see?

Dadinho de Tapioca, now widely consumed in various parts of Brazil, emerged in the early 2000s at the Mocotó restaurant in San Paolo. Those who created it was chef Rodrigo Oliveira, who was inspired by a type of tapioca dumplings, modifying some ingredients. And if this snack is already a heat, with honey to give that dessert, it still improves!

By the way, it is worth remembering that this Tapioca father’s recipe that guidance in the kitchen brings you today does not contain gluten – that is, everyone can have fun!
