Corn cake traditional blender
Preparation time: 1h
Performance: 14 portions
Difficulty level: easy
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 and 1/2 corn cups
- 2 eggs (separated eggs and yolks)
- 2 glasses of coconut milk (400 ml)
- 5 tablespoons of grated minas cheese (half care)
- 1 tablespoon of chemical powder yeast
- Margarine and wheat flour to gain weight
- Sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle
Preparation:
- Beat sugar, butter, flour, corn, yolks and coconut milk until smooth
- Pour in a bowl, add the cheese, yeast and egg whites and mix gently with a spoon
- Pour into a form of hole in the middle of 22 cm in fat and floured diameter and cook in the middle, preheated, for 35 minutes or until a toothpick, it comes out clean
- Let it then cool down and be tested
- Serve your corn cake blender sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon
