Corn cake traditional blender

Preparation time: 1h

Performance: 14 portions

Difficulty level: easy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 and 1/2 corn cups
  • 2 eggs (separated eggs and yolks)
  • 2 glasses of coconut milk (400 ml)
  • 5 tablespoons of grated minas cheese (half care)
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical powder yeast
  • Margarine and wheat flour to gain weight
  • Sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle

Preparation:

  1. Beat sugar, butter, flour, corn, yolks and coconut milk until smooth
  2. Pour in a bowl, add the cheese, yeast and egg whites and mix gently with a spoon
  3. Pour into a form of hole in the middle of 22 cm in fat and floured diameter and cook in the middle, preheated, for 35 minutes or until a toothpick, it comes out clean
  4. Let it then cool down and be tested
  5. Serve your corn cake blender sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon
