Creamy white sauce ingredients (béchamel sauce):

– 1 tablespoon (i) of unwilling butter

– 1 tablespoon (s) of not too full wheat flour

– 350 ml of boiling milk

Croque Monsieur ingredients at Airfryer:

– 4 slices of brioche bread, cut with about 1.5 cm thick (or shape bread)

– 4 slices (i) of cooked ham (preference for roylle ham)

– 6 slices of Gruyére cheese (or plate cheese)

– 50 g of Gruyére cheese, grated

Ingredients for fat (optional):

– oil to taste (or unbeaten butter)

Pre-repair:

  1. Start by preparing the white -made white sauce for Croque Monsieur. If the white sauce is more liquid, it may be necessary to host Croque Monsieur in a refractory that adapts to the airport basket. To prevent it from sticking, it slightly fatten the refractory with butter or oil.
  2. Separate the other ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  3. The suggestive amount of filling can be modified according to your preference.

PREPARATION:

Homemade white sauce (make this step during pre-preparation):

  1. Put the milk in a dairy and bring over high heat to a boil.
  2. In a pan over low heat, melt the butter, add the flour and mix until a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Gradually add the boiling milk, stirring constantly with a thread scout to incorporate the ingredients well and not to incen.
  4. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes or even get a not very thick sauce.
  5. Season with salt and grated nut.
  6. Reserve and return to pre-preparation (article 2).

Monsieur Croque assembly:

  1. Place the slices of bread on a table – If you prefer, remove the peel from the bread.
  2. Pass a thin layer of white sauce inside all slices.
