Time: 40 minutes (+2h refrigerator)

Performance: 8 portions

Ingredients:

  • 2 gems
  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 800 g of clean and dry strawberries
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • Clean and dry whole strawberries to decorate

Cover:

  • 400 g of melted dark chocolate
  • 2 boxes of sour cream (400 g)

Preparation:

  1. Bring a pan over medium heat with condensed milk, the maironi dissolve in milk, margarine and egg yolks, stirring constantly until it thickens
  2. Turn off, distribute in an average refractory and refrigerate for 2 hours
  3. Remove, arrange the strawberries on top of the cream in the refractory and cover with the ingredients of the mixed seasoning, leaving a layer of strawberries on the side of the refractory
  4. Decorate with whole strawberries and serve
