Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • Oil to fat and fry
  • 2 cups of bread breadcrumbs

Filling:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 Accardati garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato extract
  • 1 Empty green corn can
  • 2 cups of boiled and grated chicken
  • Rooms and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup of Cagliata Catupiry®

Preparation:

  1. Bring a pan with olive oil over medium heat and brown the onion and garlic. Add the extract and brown for 2 minutes
  2. Add chicken, corn, salt, parsley and browning for 4 minutes, mixing. Let cool and mix the mozzarella
  3. In a blender, beat the milk, 2 eggs, flour, margarine and salt until they were homogenized
  4. Heat a medium pan greased over medium heat and spread a small shell of the dough. Fry until they are stopped and browned on both sides. Remove and repeat the procedure with the remaining mass
  5. Divide the filling and Catupiry® between the pasta, wrap like Rocamboles, transforming the ends and safe with the sticks
  6. Pass the remaining eggs and bread in breadcrumbs. Gradually fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve
