– 1/2 unit (s) Mature banana (s) knead (i) and/or cut into cubes (see pre-preparation).
– 1/2 unit (s) egg
– 1/4 of sugar cups
– 1/4 cup (s) water
– 1/2 cup (s) (tea) of wheat flour
– 1/4 spoon (s) (tea) of powder cooking

- Separate the ingredients and tools for the recipe.
- Grease the pans with a little oil.
- On a plate, knead the banana or cut it into small cubes – it is also interesting to use half of the quantity and the other half in the cubes.
PREPARATION:
PIOTCHE WITH BANANA AT AIRFRYER – Prepare and model:
- In a bowl, put the eggs and beat just to crumble.
- Add sugar and mix.
- With a sieve, gradually add the flour, alternating the water and mixing with each addition to a homogeneous mass.
- Add the breaded bananas and/or in cubes and mix well.
- Finally, incorporate chemical yeast powder.
- Distribute the dough in the fatty pans.
Rain gnocchi with banana – Airfryer:
- There is no need to preheat to Airfryer.
- Arrange the pans in the aeropate basket and insert the basket into the drawer. Depending on the ability of the equipment, divide into passages.
- Close the drawer, adjust the temperature to 170 ° C and cook for about 8 minutes or until the slightly golden cooking time depends on the size of the gnocchi and the power of the equipment.
