The combination of green beans and carrots fried tenderly with a noun nut sesame vinaigrette is ideal for a light main dish for lunch or dinner or an exquisite accompanying dish. Try it, because cooking this dish is simple and quick – the entire process will take you about 35 minutes.
Ingredients (for 4 portions)
- 600 g green beans
- 500 g of carrots
- 80 g of sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons. L. sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons. L. rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon. L. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon. Honey
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cm of fresh ginger
- 2 green onion rods
- 3 tablespoons. L. olive oil
- 1 teaspoon. Black seeds of sesame seeds for decoration
- Sea salt and white pepper
Preparation method
1. Boil the salt water in the pan. While the water boils, cut the ends of the patch beans and cut it with small pieces about 4 cm long. Follow the carrots and cut it with long long stripes with a clean vegetable cleaner or a sharp knife (optional, you can grate the carrots on a large grater).
2. Throw the beans in boiling water and varying 6 to 8 minutes to the state of Al Dente. The beans should maintain bright green and the crunch light. After that, remove the beans, putting it in a bowl, but save the water in which it was cooked.

3. Whiten the straw of the carrot in the same water for 3-4 minutes, until it becomes soft, but, once again, retains a slight crunch. Dry water in a colony and put all the vegetables back in the pan to keep them warm.
4. Meanwhile, the frying of the sesame seeds on a dry pan over medium heat until it is golden brown, stirring constantly until the seeds start to give aroma, it will take another 3-4 minutes. Two thirds of the fried sesame seeds report for supply.
5. To fill up, finely bringing together garlic and ginger. In a bowl, mix them with sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce and honey. Add the fried sesame seeds, season with salt and white pepper.
6. Put hot vegetables in a large service bowl and sesame vinaigrette fields. Finely chop the green onion and sprinkle the salad with them with the remaining fried sesame seeds. Ready! Enjoy your food!
