Maitê Cristina De Carvalho, was born on July 7 and, as reported by her father to the police, had constant colic, but was released by the local hospitals that her parents took her. In the early hours of 16, the girl was brought to the hospital again and was released. At 11, Maitê’s parents noticed that he had his mouth purple and returned to the health unit, where a possible suffocation was found.
The mother, Mayara Cristina Bassan, reported that she went to the hospital at 00 and has not undergone an appointment. The Beneficent Quarry Foundation (Funbepe), head of the hospital management, has published a note that says that the girl has arrived dead in the health unit and tried to revive her, without success.
