Ingredients:
- 300 g of grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 and 1/2 cup of hot milk
- Fry
Pineapple jelly with pepper:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 seed -free chopped finger pepper
Preparation:
- For the jam, brings a pan over medium heat with the ingredients, mixing from time to time for 10 minutes or until it has been besieged and is at jam.
- Transfer to a pier and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix tapioca, cheese and salt.
- Add the milk and mix until the tapioca absorbs the milk and incorporating.
