Ingredients:
- 1 envelope of flavorless jelly
- 1 can of milk (use the can of empty condensed milk to measure)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 acid cream can (300 g)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Syrup:
- 1/4 cup of water
Preparation:
- For the syrup, dissol the sugar in the water in a pan and bring over low heat, without stirring, for 15 minutes or up to a golden caramel.
- Pour into a pan in the middle of 22 cm in diameter and rotate in fat equally.
- Hydrates the jelly in the milk and dissolve in a water bath.
- Beat a blender with condensed milk, sour cream and essence until smooth.
