Ingredients for hot dog crepes
- 8 slices of bread without crust
- 2 boiled sausages
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- Salt to taste
- 3/4 cup (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon (coffee) of baking powder

Method of preparation
With a rolling pin, thin the slices of bread, making them uniform. Cut the sausages in half vertically and in half lengthwise. On each slice of bread, place a slice of cheddar cheese and a piece of sausage. Moisten the edges with water and roll up like a swiss roll. Stick each roll onto a barbecue stick and set aside. In the blender, beat the egg, oil, milk and salt until a smooth and homogeneous mass is formed. Transfer to a bowl and mix the flour and baking powder with a spoon or hand whisk until smooth. Roll the sandwiches into the dough and place them in a greased crepes maker or sandwich maker. Close and remove when golden and firming the dough. If you wish, serve with ketchup and mustard, your crepe will be even better!
