Oat and coconut

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of softened margarine
  • 1 cup of wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon of grated orange peel
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • Flour

Cover:

  • 100 g of Brazil walnuts
  • 50 g of walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup of fresh coconut in pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • Grated coconut to sprinkle

Preparation:

  1. For the dough, beat all the ingredients in a blender, with the Pancse button, until it forms a ball
