Oat and coconut

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 cup of softened margarine
- 1 cup of wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon of grated orange peel
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- Flour
Cover:
- 100 g of Brazil walnuts
- 50 g of walnuts
- 1/2 Cup of fresh coconut in pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- Grated coconut to sprinkle
Preparation:
- For the dough, beat all the ingredients in a blender, with the Pancse button, until it forms a ball
- With the floured hands, take the dough and align a square pan, 20 cm
- Grind the dice in a blender, remove approximately and set aside
- In the meantime, do the same with the walnuts and fresh coconut, mix and distribute the pasta on top
- Beat the eggs with brown sugar until it mixes well, put it over the candies and then bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes, in a moderate oven or until, attacking a toothpick in the center, clean
- Leave to cool, cut in 12 pieces, sprinkle the grated coconut and then serve.
