Caesar salad

Preparation time: 30 minutes (+5 minutes of rest)

Performance: 4 portions

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (tea) of white white bread -shaped bread
  • 8 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 chicken fillets
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 6 cups of American lettuce washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan in chips

Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Distribute the cubes of bread in a pan, season with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook, preheated, for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. For the sauce, in a bowl, mix mustard, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
  3. Then pour the remaining olive oil in a wire, beating with a fork until it is full. Reserve in the refrigerator.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  5. Then heat a pan with the oil over high heat and grilled the chicken for 3 minutes on each side.
  6. Wait 5 minutes and cut strips.
  7. In a Salador, mix the leaves, the cheese, the chicken and the croutons.
  8. Sprinkle with the sauce, mix and serve.
