Method of preparation

Method of preparation
On a mixer, add the milk, condensed milk, coconut milk and cream and beat for 5 minutes. Then put the gelatin in a container, add the water and mix until it dissolves well. Add the hydrated gelatin to the contents of the blender and blend until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Finally, add half of the grated coconut and beat again for another minute. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for 4 hours. Then, sprinkle with the rest of the grated coconut and serve immediately.
