Practical and fast, this salty caramel pudding is ready in just 30 minutes, producing an irresistible dessert to share. A right option to impress the family on special occasions or transform any ordinary day into a sweet and surprising time.

SALGADO caramel pudding

Ingredients:

  • ½ Vanilla bean or 2 teaspoons vanilla aroma
  • 4 gems
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 400 ml of milk
  • 120 ml of fresh cream

Syrup:

  • 140 g of sugar

Preparation:

  1. Bring the sugar with 30 ml of water to a small pan in a pan and cook until you reach the caramel caramel.
  2. Remove from the heat, add 30 ml of boiling water and dilute the syrup.
  3. Pour the syrup into a 20 cm low pudding shape, grease the bottom and sides with the syrup and set aside.
  4. For the cream, hydrate the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the gelatin from the water, without squeezing, transfer to a microwave container and cook for 30 seconds.
  6. In the mixer, beat the yolks with the sugar to a light cream.
  7. In a pan he warms 200 ml of milk with vanilla.
  8. Season the egg yolks with the egg with the hot milk and bring the mixture over low heat to cook and thicken, stirring constantly.
  9. Transfer to a bowl, add the remaining milk, sour cream, disk gelatin and mix well.
  10. Pour the caramelized shape over and keep in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
  11. At the time of the service, pass a knife slightly on the internal sides of the pan and, very carefully, heat the bottom of the shape in the mouth of the stove and turn the dish where it will serve. Sprinkle the flower and serve.
