Padded cauliflower

Ingredients:
- 1 bag of vegetable broth
- 200 g of sliced ham
- 200 g of sliced mozzarella
- Margarine enough to gain weight
- 1 large pot of mayonnaise (500 g)
- 50 g of grated Parmesan
Preparation:
- Cook the entire cauliflower in boiling water with the vegetable broth for about 10 minutes or until al dente and soft but firm.
