According to the researchers, different types of bacteria have been found, which can cause respiratory infections to the skin. Subsequently, a comparison brought even more alarming data: force training equipment such as dumbbells and bars are 362 times more microorganisms of a private place.
Treadmills, in turn, also have a potential risk, with 74 times more bacteria than ordinary surfaces. In the case of bicycles, the number drops to 39, even if the experts are still worried. The main risk, however, is in the microorganism species.
