In this case, just simulate the movement. “If you have motor coordination, it can include punches, as if there was a boxing box in front of you. This is an exercise that works the lower limbs, the upper and promotes expenses with a high calorie content,” says Lana.
Special suggestion for weight loss without suffering
“My suggestion is to make each movement for 30 seconds and rest for 10 seconds walking from one side to the other. If you remain power, repeat the circuit until 15, 20 or 30 minutes are complete.
