Padded fried eggplant:

Time: 40 minutes (+20 minutes of soaking)

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of aubergines with a thickness of 2 fingers
  • 2 cups of water
  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • Gets up to taste
