After shooting the mother and saving the whole family, she also dies

Odete (Debora Bloch) has never called anyone except herself. During his life, he accumulated cruelty and, consequently, enemies. Perhaps his biggest crime was to leave his son in a shack to rot there, while Leonardo (Guilherme Mainon), after the accident, became a person with limitations and, for the great entrepreneur, it would never have been possible to accept a relative in these conditions.

These were years of abandonment and lack of respect. And, in addition to Leonardo himself, Heleninha (Patolla Oliveira) was put aside by his mother, who blamed the accident on her and brought her daughter sink into alcohol dependence.

From pain to restart

Leonardo’s desperation days were accumulating, together with the worst feelings, but also with small progress in his healing. If when he left the hospital he was practically in a coma, over the years, he was improving, gaining new movements and, in particular, the awareness of what was happening. Everything resigned inside Leonardo, who made him seem his life as a new beginning.

Each new step was, for him, the greatest victory. But these victories have also accentuated the very deep pain compared to the mother. Leonardo understood that the shame that Odes had as he saw him in that situation, mixed with the contempt he showed from his problems, was purely selfishness and ambition. The owner of the TCA was unable to change his plans to take care of his eldest son, much less assume the fault for the accident he caused. This was very clear in Leonardo’s mind until now he understood: Odete does not deserve compassion, he deserves no good feeling that a child may have. It only deserves pain and the end. And that’s what he decides to do!

Death at the hands of his son

While Leonardo had a life of misery and pain, Odete was in the best places in the world, he enjoyed all the good that billionaire life allowed and lived in the most chic hotel in Rio de Janeiro. And there is the place of your end. Leonardo enters very strong in the luxurious environment and goes to the ground where his mother lives with César Ribeiro (Cauã Reymond). Odete is alone, opens the door of the apartment and comes across Leonardo on his feet, as he hadn’t seen for many years.

Although his eyes tear, he is surprised to make his hatred on the boy’s face. Leonardo enters, while Odete walks backwards, as if he will already present what will happen. He says he is always aware of the actions of the business woman, but he also believed that one day he would embrace him and said that his son was important for his life. Odete tries to say that he likes his son, yes, but I did not know he could recover and he could not act differently, because assuming that the accident would meant to sink TCA and she could not leave her family in misery. It was necessary to sacrifice it so as not to lose everything.

Leonardo cries, tears scrollly on the face as he makes a excommunication to lift the gun. The moments in the family, the desire for the brothers, the life he could have had, but was taken by Odete. The weight of pain and suffering now gives way to revenge and peace for being able to win.

Leonardo no longer wants to live, he managed to do what he needed and it is time to end his suffering. The feet touch the cold water of the Carioca sea, follows, the waves become stronger, some passers -by try to help him starting, but Leonardo asks only peace. He falls, the water covers your body and the strength of the tide takes it to the bottom of the sea. The last sigh comes with the certainty that the right thing did. It can no longer be happy, but his brothers will have this right.
