With a practical rule, it is possible to differentiate nourishing yogurt from less recommended options
When you are not a nutritionist, it is often difficult to understand the nutritional information of a product. For most people, these data end up becoming unique in the face of common knowledge.
Calories, carbohydrates, sugars, fibers, fat, salt, calcium … the list is extended. But in addition to having a superficial notion, it is complicated to understand what the adequate proportions of each element would be.

The trick was explained by the well -known pharmacist and nutritionist on social networks as Boticaria García. According to her, the best yogurt is the one that follows proportion 3, 4, 3.

Boticaria García stresses that these values represent a good standard for quality yogurt, especially in the case of sugars. When the quantity is in this range, it is the natural sugar of the food itself, not the added sugar.
With this simple rule, presented by García in the orbit of Tve Laika, it is much easier to choose the best yogurt on the supermarket shelves.
