- 1 sachet of colorless, unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 can of milk (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 1 can of sour cream
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries (halved)
- 1 large apple, peeled and seeds, cut into cubes
- 1 large seedless pear, cut into cubes
Method of preparation:
In a pan, sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and let it hydrate for 5 minutes. Bring to a boil over low heat to melt it, without letting it boil. Beat the blender with the condensed milk, cream, chocolate and vanilla. Pour into a deep refractory round and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with fruit.

- 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 1 packet of champagne cookies (180 g)
- 3 cups of strawberries (chopped)
Method of preparation:
Heat the cream for 2 minutes in the microwave on high power. Add the chocolate, stirring until completely melted. If needed, reheat for 30 seconds or until melted. In a bowl, dissolve the sugar in the coconut milk. Moisten the cookies in this syrup and line the bottom of a medium refractory with half. Spread a layer with half of the melted chocolate, half of the strawberry, make another layer with the remaining biscuits and finish with the remaining melted chocolate. Spread the remaining strawberry and serve.
