Ingredients for chicken wings with sauce
- 1.5 kg of separated chicken wings (thigh and wing)
- 1 sachet of powdered chicken broth
- 1/4 cup (tea) of red vinegar
- 1 grated onion
- Fry oil
- Sliced lemon to accompany
Sauce
- 400 g of natural yogurt
- 1/2 cup store-bought mayonnaise
- 1 large seedless cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 cup mint (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of pepper sauce
Method of preparation
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, cucumber, mint, hot sauce and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In another bowl, season the chicken with the chicken broth, vinegar and onion and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and drain on absorbent paper. Serve with cucumber sauce and lemon wedges.
