Method of preparation
1. Dissolve the starch in the milk in a saucepan and add the cream and sugar.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
3. Separately, mix the chocolates with 4 tablespoons of hot cream and stir until dissolved.
4. Add the melted chocolate and vanilla essence to the hot cream and mix until smooth.
5. Pour into 4 cups or mugs (160ml each) and serve.
6. If desired, add a little whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Easy recipe, with Portuguese sausage, bacon and cabbage, to delight the family!

ingredients
1 kg of potatoes, peeled and cut into 4
2 liters of water
2 cubes of beef broth
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
200 g skinless Portuguese sausage, sliced
1 bunch of cabbage, thinly sliced
Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
100 g bacon, diced, fried
Method of preparation
1. Cook the potato in the water with the broth cubes until softened.
2. Reserve the broth and mash the potato in a potato masher.
3. Fry the onion in the oil until it wilts.
4. Add the broth, puree and sausage and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally so that it does not stick.
5. If it is too thick, add some water.
6. Add the cabbage and keep it on the fire only for the time it wilts (about 3 minutes).
7. Season with salt and sprinkle with parsley and black pepper to taste. Serve sprinkled with bacon.
Potatoes stuffed with chicken and mozzarella

ingredients
4 large potatoes, peeled, washed and pricked with a fork
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1 tablespoon of butter
2 gems
200g ground chicken (breast or thigh)
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Method of preparation
1. Arrange the potatoes in a greased pan and cover with aluminum foil.
2. Bake in a medium preheated oven (200 ° C) for 30 minutes. Remove the paper and cook for another 20 minutes.
3. Cut each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out the pulp with a spoon, leaving a thickness of about 1 cm. Mash the still hot pulp and keep it aside.
