Brownie with pancake

- 3 and 1/3 cup (tea) of sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups unsalted butter
- 3 and 1/2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 700 g of chocolate powder
- margarine to grease
- 5 pieces of crumbled cork
brigadeiro with white truffle
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1/2 tin of sour cream (100 g)
- 150 g of chopped white chocolate
Chocolate syrup
- 100 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder with 50% cocoa
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
Method of preparation
In the mixer, beat the sugar with the eggs for 5 minutes at high speed. Add the butter, flour, chocolate and beat for 5 minutes. Pour into a greased medium rectangular pan and place in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. For the brigadeiro, place a pan over medium heat with the condensed milk and cream. When it boils, add the chocolate and stir until completely dissolved. Reserve.
For the syrup, put all the ingredients in a pan over medium heat, boil for 5 minutes and turn off. In individual transparent jars make a layer of brigadeiro with white truffle, a layer with half of the brownie in pieces and drizzle with part of the chocolate syrup. Cover with the paçoca and finish with the remaining brownie and syrup. To taste, decorate with peanut cream, cover the pot and serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Macaroni Salad In The Pot

- 1/2 cup broccoli (cooked and chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of chopped yellow pepper
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons of drained and chopped hearts of palm

- 1/2 cup cooked vine spaghetti
Sauce
- 1/2 pot of natural yogurt (85 g)

Method of preparation
For the sauce, blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. In a medium saucepan with a lid, put the sauce on the bottom. Layer with the broccoli, one with the peppers, one with the tomato, one with the hearts of palm, one with the carrot and finish with the pasta. Cover the jar and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Turn the pot upside down on a plate, mix the ingredients and consume.
Chicken pie in the pot

- 2 cups of flour (wheat)
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 gems
Filling
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 500 g of diced chicken breast
- 1 cup tomato sauce (tomato sauce)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 box of sour cream (200 g)
Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, salt and 1 egg yolk until a homogeneous mass is formed. If necessary, add some water to bind. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. For the filling, heat a pan with butter over medium heat and sauté the onion and chicken for 5 minutes. Add the sauce, salt, pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Add the cream, mix and turn off.
Distribute the sauté between the individual ceramic refractories and set aside. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a smooth surface and cut out circles to the size of the refractory. Arrange the circles of dough on those sautéed in refractory, make holes with a fork and brush with the remaining yolk. Place in a large skillet, side by side, and take it to a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

- 1 and 1/2 cans of condensed milk
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- 4 eggs
Syrup
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1 cup (tea) of warm water
Method of preparation
For the syrup, put the sugar in a pan and put on low heat until it melts and turns golden.
Add the warm water, carefully and gradually, until the caramel dissolves in the water and forms a thin syrup.
Divide half of the syrup into 5 refractory glass jars until the bottom is covered. Reserve.
Beat the condensed milk, milk and eggs in a blender until smooth.
Pour the syrup into the saucepans over it, without it reaching the edge.
Place in a pan, side by side, and take it to a medium oven, preheated, in a double boiler, covered with aluminum foil, for 35 minutes or until it has solidified.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with the remaining syrup and serve.
Pie in a salty pan

ingredients
- 1 packet of crustless bread (350 g)
- Straw potatoes and chopped green olives for garnish
Filling
- 2 tablespoons of margarine
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 grated carrot
- 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup green olives (chopped)
- 1 chopped seedless tomato
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 cup of cream cheese (200 g)
Method of preparation
For the filling, heat a skillet over medium heat with the margarine and saute the onion until golden brown. Add the carrot, chicken and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the olives, the tomato, season with salt and green scent and sauté for another 3 minutes. Turn off, mix with the ricotta and set aside.
For assembly, in disposable cups with lids, make layers of bread and filling, ending with the bread. Garnish with potato straw, olives and cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
