The ophthalmologist also warns against the indiscriminate use of over-the-counter eye drops: “Everyone has an active ingredient, so the eye drops are not all the same and only the ophthalmologist is able to tell which treatment is appropriate for a patient”, she points out.
Another piece of advice your doctor gives is to avoid very definitive cosmetic procedures right away. “Reversible procedures are easier to treat in case of any surgery,” he explains.
