Royal biographers claim that the monarch had more than 30 corgi dogs.

THE death of Queen Elizabeth II this Thursday (8) leaves no doubt about the line of succession of the British monarchy. At the age of 73, Charles became the King Charles III and his wife, Camilla Parker Bowles, the queen consort. But a question hangs in the air: Who will take care of the monarch’s pet dogs?
The controversy escalated after a Twitter profile, devoted to mocking content from women’s magazines, posted that the queen’s dogs would be buried alive with her. The post garnered more than 3,965 comments (at 18:00 GMT), many of which criticized the post.
Despite the dubious content, the doubt remains. So far it is not known for sure how many dogs the monarch had. According to news weekthe number would reach four: 2 corgi, 1 dorgi (crossed between corgi and dachshund) and 1 Cocker Spaniel.
The animals must be “looked after by the family, probably Andrea [já que] he gave them to him, they are very young, corgi and dorgi, “British royal biographer Ingrid Seward told the magazine.
Elizabeth II he was known to be fond of dogs, especially those of the breed corgi, which has also followed his life since childhood. “She loved animals and she loved dogs. She always did, they were her first love of hers and they will be her last,” Ingrid said.
Experienced authors claim that the queen has more than 30 corgi during his reign and many of them were descendants of Susannaa female corgi that Elizabeth II received as a birthday present when she turned 18 in 1944. The bond was so strong that after her marriage to Philip, Elizabeth II took the little dog hidden in the royal carriage as they drove inland and even joined to the new couple on their honeymoon in Scotland.
‘Sue’, as she was called, lived until 1959 and sired a long line of heirs, reaching her fourteenth generation, about 30 descendants. The dog also spawned curious situations and even bit the heel of a Buckingham Palace employee.
Although in 2009 Elizabeth II she stopped raising her dogs from crosses, one of her fears was that animals would outlive her. The last “purebred” corgi is speculated to have died in 2018. Her other dogs would be of other breeds and, or, mestizos.
Corgis was commonly associated with Elizabeth. During the celebrations of 70th anniversary jubilee of the queen, the royal family’s Twitter featured a race-inspired emoji that also wore a crown, as a way to honor the monarch. At the opening ceremony of Olympic Games 2012in London, Elizabeth II participated in a sketch with Daniel Craig, who played James Bond, and 2 corgi.
