What’s for today?  Pasta with garlic and oil.  Hey!

A garlic and oil pasta is the guarantee of an economical, tasty and easy-to-make recipe! How about trying it today? Garlic has antioxidant properties, which makes the dish even more interesting! It is good for the whole family.

Ingredients Macaroni Garlic and Oil

  • 1 pack of spaghetti with vines (500 g)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley (green)
  • 1/2 cup (s) of basil leaves
  • 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups canned tuna, drained (optional)

Method of preparation

Cook the pasta over medium heat, with boiling water and salt, until al dente. Then drain and reserve.

In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the garlic until golden brown. Add the cherry tomato, the green smell and the basil. Finally add the cooked pasta, season with salt, pepper and mix. Finally transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

If desired, add the tuna to the sauté before adding the cooked pasta. Then mix it all up.

Tip: You can also make this recipe by swapping the tuna for sardines. Plus, for a vegetarian meal, just take out the fish!
