Do you want to eat well but the frenzy of everyday life makes you opt for less healthy foods? Chef Giu Giuti teaches you how to solve this; Appearance
Eating well is a priority for many families, with full, home-cooked meals made with quality, natural foods. But all this takes time, basically cooking is something super engaging, but so engaging that in a magical passage we take care not only of cooking, but of washing the dishes, cleaning the stove, the worktop, storing everything, organizing , an endless mission that requires time and dedication. Thinking about everyone’s busy day, I’ve separated some tips that can help you have more time and still prepare delicious meals in your day!

- Start by organizing yourself with weekly menus, I like having two menu options so there are a lot of options and variety and you don’t have to worry about what you are going to do. When we make the menu, the shopping list is also easier and you don’t happen to enter the market without knowing what to buy for meals or buy extra things.
- The second step is to sanitize all the foods that will be stored in the fridge, as well as keeping everything clean, it makes your life easier when you prepare your recipes, just take it out of the fridge and use it. Keeping everything clean helps optimize time as well as keeping the refrigerator tidy for longer. I like to store food separately in bags or jars.
- Did you know that you can leave some prepackaged foods in the refrigerator? Well, this can be done with rice. This tip will help you save time whenever you want fresh rice. In a large pan you only have to brown the rice as you already do, but do it in larger quantities, brown a lot of rice, I usually make 1 kg and in my stew I use onion and garlic, season with salt and store in a pot with closure hermetic. I always prefer glass jars. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. While preparing the rice, just use the desired amount and add twice as much water, without having to cook it again.
- Leave your spices organized and ready to eat. In addition to cleaning herbs and seasonings, leaving everything chopped can make cooking even easier. For the parsley and chives, after they are thoroughly clean and dry, chop them with a knife and store them in jars in the freezer. You can chop the basil with olive oil and store it in ice cube trays, so they stay fresh. Onions and garlic can also be crushed with oil or olive oil and refrigerated in an airtight container.
- Prepare more food than you need. Yes, it may sound strange, but doing so will save you money in the future, for example I like to make lots of beans to freeze in portions, so when you want to eat, take a pot of fresh beans from the freezer and heat it up. You can do it with wild options like bechamel, tomato sauce, bolognese, beans, leave a ready-to-bake gratin, a lasagna …. The possibilities are endless.
And there? Tell me what do you think of these tips? Do you already do any?
