or Firmness plate is a gastronomic guide to the “quebradas” of Sao Paulo. The food guide makes a map with the best restaurants, bars, snack bars and food carts in the outskirts of the city.
The goal is to promote establishments off the gastronomic radar of São Paulo from the point of view of young local correspondents, trained by the Énois School of Journalism.
The guide has more than 100 restaurants cataloged so far in the three editions already published, in 2017, 2018 and 2019. New editions with new restaurants should come out soon.
