- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- 200 g of milk chocolate
- 2 cans of sour cream
- 1 box of strawberry flavored gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup (tea) of hot water
- strawberries to decorate
Method of preparation
First sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the milk and let it hydrate for 5 minutes. Then melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and mix with 1 jar of cream. Then, take the gelatin with the milk to melt it over low heat, without boiling it. Then mix with the chocolate cream. Then distribute the chocolate cream in the cups until it reaches 1/3 of their volume and put it in the fridge until it is well compacted.
