Learn about the history of Marina Sena Napoli, which has become a highlight of the Emporium da Beleza network

Before they are successful, entrepreneurship stories often go through surprising twists and turns in the life of the entrepreneur. This is exactly what happened to Marina Sena Napoli, a graduate in Pharmacy but who has embarked on a career in retail management.
Indeed, Marina’s dream has always been to work with beauty and aesthetics. Therefore, in 2021, she acquired a unit from Emporium da Beleza and became one of the most important franchisees in the network, exceeding the revenue target of her clinic in Vitória-MG each month. And it is worth remembering that she has, on some occasions, reached 200% of the goal.
And this is a passion that comes from far away. “In my childhood games I liked to ‘make’ dolls, take my mother’s cosmetics and read the labels to know what they were doing,” she says.
When he entered the Faculty of Pharmacy, he specialized in the development of cosmetics and soon realized that there were better opportunities in the retail trade. “I moved to Belo Horizonte, specialized in business management and invested in the area,” he says.
The cat’s leap came with the franchise
“I decided to skip the step of starting a business from scratch. Franchising offered me a ready and structured model, ”she explains. “I believe the company has to connect its customer, offer everything they will need. Furthermore, the issue of women’s emancipation, of women’s emancipation through beauty, was central to my decision “.
It acquired the franchise in 2019, but due to the pandemic, the unit was only opened in August 2021. “I had never done any work, but I could count on the support of the franchisor, who made me feel part of the whole process. I was able to learn at the same time as I was able to exercise all my technical knowledge of health management and retail, ”he points out.
Without ever resorting to working capital, in 2022 Marina updated the franchising model. “I recently held an event with the clinic and earned BRL 89,000 in one week,” she points out.
What does the franchise offer?
The Emporium da Beleza franchise offers treatments for face, body, slimming, laser hair removal, nutri / dermocosmetics and e-commerce. Additionally, it has protocols like Lipo 10 for losing up to 10 pounds in 10 weeks, Empup Prime for face rejuvenation, DermaGlow for hydration, Bodydream for fighting sagging, and Ultramax for face lifting, among others.
The franchise already has more than 100 units.
