Perhaps the most famous chicken salad is Caesar. It is perfect for the festive table, and for every day. Fairly quick and easy to prepare. In our selection – dishes that will compete with the already beloved “Caesar”.

When selecting recipes from this collection, we were guided by one principle – all salads should be without mayonnaise. The breast is a dietary product. And salads based on it should be light. You can make a salad of chicken breast, mushrooms, cheese and mayonnaise even without us. In our selection – only healthy salads for the figure.

Chicken and celery salad

Walnuts add a twist to this easy-to-prepare salad. They enhance the sharp taste of celery and give a characteristic aroma. In our recipe, we used walnuts, but you can easily replace them with pine nuts or almonds. As an option, use hemp seeds, now very popular with chefs.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (breast) – 1 pc.
  • Celery – 2 stalks
  • Shelled walnuts – 1 cl
  • Grated cheese – 100 g.
  • Greek yogurt – 100 g
  • Dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Salt

Kitchen:

Step 1. Chop nuts.

Step 2. Boil the chicken, cut into large pieces, roll in chopped nuts. Put everything in a deep dish.

Step 3 Mix yogurt, mustard and lemon juice, salt to taste.

Step 4. Cut the celery finely. Put the chicken. There is also cheese. Mix, add the vinaigrette.

Tip: You can use mayonnaise as a dressing.

Salad with smoked chicken breast

Salad with smoked chicken breast takes 10 minutes to prepare. The base consists of green lettuce leaves, smoked chicken breast and cheese. You can modify the rest of the ingredients as you wish. Instead of tomatoes, you can use slices of avocado or green cucumber. Corn and pumpkin seeds will work well here.

Ingredients:

  • Smoked chicken breast – 200 g
  • Mixed salad (without arugula) – 200 g
  • Cherry tomatoes – 10 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Balsamic sauce – 1 cl

Kitchen:

Step 1. Put the salad mix in a deep bowl, pour the balsamic dressing and mix with your hands.

Tip: You can add grated cheese to the salad mix.

Step 2. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half.

Step 3. Cut the hard cheese into small sticks.

Step 4. Cut the smoked chicken breast into thin slices.

Step 5. Put the salad mix, cheese sticks, tomatoes in an individual plate, next to them – chopped pieces of smoked brisket.

Tip: Chicken breast can be cubed and immediately put into a salad.

Chicken breast, avocado and blue cheese salad

Perhaps the most caloric salad of our selection. Bacon and blue cheese add flavor to this dish. If you don’t like any of these ingredients, don’t make this salad. Any substitution of these ingredients will drastically change the taste of the salad.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast – 1 pc.
  • Blue cheese – 200 g
  • Green lettuce leaves – 1 packet
  • Smoked raw bacon – 3 pieces
  • Egg – 2 pieces
  • Olive oil – 2 cl
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. I.

Kitchen:

Step 1. Cut the chicken breast into bars and fry in olive oil. Put the pieces on a towel, let the oil drain.

Step 2. Rinse the greens, dry, tear, put a slide on a plate.

Step 3. Cut the bacon into pieces. Top with lettuce leaves, fried chicken pieces and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.

Step 4. Boil the eggs, peel them, cut into four parts. Publication on salad.

Step 5. Sprinkle the finished salad with lemon juice and serve.

Chicken, kale and quinoa duca salad

Perhaps the hardest thing about making this salad is finding all the ingredients in the store. The rest of the process will take you no more than half an hour. It is based on the Egyptian spicy dukka mix, which makes this dish incredibly tasty and original.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 2 pieces
  • Ground coriander – 0.5 tbsp.
  • Fennel – 0.5 tsp
  • Crushed walnuts (the composition can be absolutely anything) – 2 cl
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
  • Pomegranate seeds – 1 tsp
  • Kale – 2 leaves
  • Quinoa – glass
  • Butter – 50g
  • Ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon

Kitchen:

Step 1. Prepare the dukka spice: mix the mixture of nuts, salt, fennel and coriander. Put in a dry frying pan and ignite the mass.

Step 2. Beat the egg. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Roll each in the mixture and place in the pan. Fry in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Then put on a paper towel and pat dry.

STEP 3 Boil the oatmeal in unsalted water.

Step 4. Crush the kale lettuce leaves with your hands, pour over them with boiling water and pat dry. To break. Put on a plate.

Step 5. Add chicken, pomegranate seeds, boiled quinoa to lettuce leaves.

Step 5. Melt the butter, add black pepper to it. Pour this mixture over the prepared salad. Serve at the table.
