  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of softened butter
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk
  • 2 cups of flour (wheat)
  • 1 teaspoon (s) of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Method of preparation:

In a pan, mix 2 cups (tea) of sugar, water and bring to low heat until golden caramel is formed. Spread on the bottom and sides of a large baking sheet. Cut 2 bananas into slices, lengthwise, and arrange them over the syrup at the bottom of the pan.

Slice the remaining bananas and arrange them on the sides of the form. Reserve. In a blender, beat the eggs, butter, milk and remaining sugar. Transfer to a bowl and mix the flour, cinnamon and baking powder with a wire whisk. Pour into the form with the bananas and bring to a medium oven, preheated, in a double boiler, for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, let cool, unmold and serve.

  • 3 small bananas
  • 2 cups (tea) of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) of sugar
  • 2 cups of flour (wheat)
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
  • 2/3 cup orange juice (for drizzling)
  • Sliced ​​bananas to decorate

Filling and filling:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 yolk
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 1 can of sour cream (300 g)

Method of preparation:

In the blender, beat all the ingredients of the dough, except the egg whites and baking powder. Transfer to a bowl, beat the egg whites and mix with the yeast. Pour into a greased and floured round shape and place in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes.

  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate flakes
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
  • 1 banana to decorate
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 and 1/2 cups marshmallows, for garnish
  • Cherries in syrup to decorate

Method of preparation:

In a blender, beat the cake mix, eggs, milk, oil and chopped banana until smooth. With a spoon combine half of the chocolate flakes. Grease and flour a medium rectangular shape and pour the dough. Bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool and unmold.

In a blender, beat the banana, brown sugar, oats, yeast, butter, eggs and milk until smooth. Place in a medium, greased and floured English cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the center of the cake comes out clean. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and unmold. Serve immediately, to taste, garnished with banana slices.
