Ingredients for the red carpet:
- 75 ml of sake
- 20 ml of grenadine syrup
- Enough prosecco to fill the glass
- 2 drops of grapefruit bitters
- 1 slice of grapefruit
- balloon cup
Method of preparation:
In a glass with plenty of ice, pour the sake. Then add the grenadine syrup and the grapefruit bitter. Complete the drink with the prosecco and mix gently with a long spoon. In the end, decorate the glass with a slice of grapefruit and the drink will be jaw-dropping. Then it’s just a toast!
